History & Philosophy

Windows, Doors & More was founded on the principal that “no one window is right for everybody.” Our trained consultants help you size up each job and match the right solution to the specification.

The company was started in 1993 when we opened our first store in the historic Ballard community of Seattle. In 1997 a second location was opened in Bellevue, which later moved to Redmond in 2000. Recognizing that clients benefit from experiencing a wide selection from a variety of local and national brands, both locations were equipped with showrooms over 3,000 square feet.  These environments enable our consultants to educate clients on selecting the right window for each job. Wood or vinyl, aluminum or fiberglass; you can customize your windows and doors to fit your image, budget, and lifestyle. Our WDM showrooms are located in both Seattle and Redmond for your convenience.

We recently opened a third showroom in the Seattle Design Center featuring the Loewen brand.  The Loewen Window Center of Seattle displays Loewen windows, Loewen Lift-slide and Bi-folding door systems and other architectural products.  The Design Center has many other showrooms focused on design elements of custom home construction.  Visit our website at www.lwcseattle.com
